H. A. L. T. E. R. has been recognized by the IRS as a 501(c)(3) organization since November, 1987. Donations made to H.A.L.T.E.R. are tax deductible to the extent of the law. Since its founding, H.A.L.T.E.R. has relied totally on volunteer support and the generosity of the public. No salaries have been paid to any persons working for the organization. 100% of donations go directly to the program. Here are some ways you can make donations to H.A.L.T.E.R. :
